About me

I am a Quality Assurance Analyst and also a Scrum Master

👨‍💻 I work as a QA (Quality Assurance), responsible for analyzing projects, identifying necessary tests, and creating detailed test plans. I conduct functional, regression, and acceptance testing, executing them accurately and reporting any defects found. I also track these defects, log incidents and non-conformities, and create comprehensive reports on progress and results.

🛠️ My journey in IT began in 2013, where I developed a solid foundation in technical support. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various areas, including Service Desk, Help Desk, IT Technician, Support Analyst, and Cloud Support. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of the challenges and technological needs of companies, enabling me to solve complex problems and offer efficient support in dynamic environments.

🚀 Last year, I transitioned into the QA field, where I can apply my technical knowledge to ensure products meet the highest quality standards. My focus is on functional, exploratory, and automated testing, along with actively participating in continuous improvement processes and test automation. I contribute to creating new scripts and maintaining automated tests, always seeking to learn and implement industry best practices. I also work in Agile environments and support my team as a Scrum Master, facilitating the effective implementation of agile methodologies.

Dev Burguer,

Online store for burger joints, with features to add and delete snacks via modal. When finalizing an order, the customer's address is sent to the store's WhatsApp. The store is open from 6pm to 10pm, and these hours can be adjusted if necessary.

A simple and functional digital menu for a burger joint, developed with HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS and JavaScript.

Customer Registration,

Integration between the backend and frontend for customer management. This system supports the registration of new customers and the deletion of existing customer records, ensuring seamless interaction between the two layers of the application.

Project using full API with NODEJS + TypeScript and MongoDB on the backend, and React.js with TypeScript on the frontend. Integrated solution that covers all stages of web development, from API to interface design.
